  1. We recommend that you schedule upcoming appointments while at the Salon.
  2. Arriving late may deprive you of your appointment time or may result in the need to reschedule your services.
  3. When booking first time chemical services a credit card or gift certificate number must be given to reserve the appointment.
  4. In the event of a cancellation we may call clients to see if they want to adjust their appointment time to one that may be more convenient for them.
  5. Punctuality Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we can get you checked in, changed and relaxed for your personalized service.
  6. Cancellations Please notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. We must charge the full amount for an un-kept appointment.
  7. Excessive last minute cancellations and no shows will result in the pre-payment of services for future appointments.
  8. Acceptable Forms of Payment We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and personal checks accompanied with a valid license.
  9. Returned checks will be assessed a $20 fee.
  10. Electronic Devices Cell phones, beepers, and other communication devices are not allowed in the Spa area. Please reframe from using them during your appointment. Keeping them on quiet mode or vibrate is appreciated.
  11. Our Recommendation: Smocks are provided for all chemical treatments. Please be advised, we are not responsible for clothing damaged during a service.
  12. Our Promise: We guarantee our services within 48 hours of a haircut, one week of a color, and two weeks of a permanent. We cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered by you or at another facility.
  13. Referral Program We appreciate your patronage and referrals of new clients. When you refer a friend to the salon, you receive a $5 gift certificate via email* toward your next service. *If you do not have email the gift certificate will be mailed.
  14. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates must be presented at check out in order to be used for payment. We will not honor lost or stolen gift certificates.
  15. Return Policy: Please purchase our sample hair loss products to test for sensitivity before investing in our full size hair loss treatments. Due to the nature of the product we cannot take returns.
  16. A credit card or gift certificate / gift card number may be required when booking services for 1.5 hours or more time. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or a fee will be imposed.
  17. Consultations: *A consultation is required for first-time color or highlighting customers.
  18. Color, highlights, and perm prices do not include Hair Sculpting.
  19. Please Note: without an initial consultation appointment, your first-time color, highlight, perm, anti-curl, or straightening appointment will be assessed a $25 consultation fee. Without a previous consultation we cannot guarantee your full services will be provided upon your first visit.
